I'm new to the game, but I've got a bichon that's just turned 11. She's my girl. I play with her as if she's my own little kid. She wants to play as soon as I walk in the door. We have a good time.

Juder has kept my two dogs several times and walked the dogs dozens of times over the last year or so. He's always so good with the dogs and you can tell that he really cares. He is so friendly to deal with and is my go to guy to take care of my two girls. They are definitely treated like family.

Availability
Try and stay fairly flexible but like to get a schedule set if at all possible. Everyone is so busy with their own schedules I try and make things a little easier for both pets and their owners. I'm new to the game but want to take care of my customers.
