I have always taken care of my neighbor’s dog and 2 cats throughout my childhood years when she needed the help. Now that I am in college, I have helped my friends and their families with dog sitting and dog walking! It is truly a passion for me.

I just wanted to write a quick referral for my friend Jude, who is looking for a pet-sitting job. Jude has been taking care of my dog Nala for as long as I have known him (around 8 years), and I have nothing but great things to say about their pet-sitting skills! Jude knows exactly when Nala needs to be fed, bathed, and played with. They're always attentive to her needs and make sure she gets enough exercise and rest. Nala absolutely adores Jude, and I can tell that she's always happy and comfortable when they're around. One of the things I appreciate most about Jude is how they always take the time to just hang out with Nala and let her relax. They're never in a rush to get in and out, and they truly seem to enjoy spending time with her. As a pet owner, it's such a relief to know that your furry friend is in good hands with someone who genuinely cares. So, if you're looking for a pet-sitter who is responsible, caring, and knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend Jude. I am writing this letter to highly recommend Jude for any job that involves caring for pets. Jude has been walking my dog, Belle, for a couple of months and I couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention he has given her. Jude has shown genuine interest in Belle's well-being and always goes the extra mile to ensure she is happy and comfortable. From the moment he meets her, he showers her with affection and love, and it's evident that he truly enjoys spending time with her. Jude is extremely responsible and reliable. He is always punctual for Belle's walks and has never missed a scheduled appointment. He is also very attentive to Belle's needs and takes great care to ensure that she is safe and comfortable during their walks. One thing that stands out about Jude is his excellent communication skills. He always keeps me informed about how Belle is doing and sends me pictures and updates after each walk. I will not be taking pets into my dorm for the safety of the pet’s because I am not sure how they would react to other students, but I usually like to be very meticulous with everything surrounding aid, food, comfort and safety for your pet. I prefer to know where everything is, so at any given moment I can react accordingly.

I always like to know what type of animal I’ll be taking care of in terms of how the react to certain things or what I should watch out for. Some examples are “how used are they to walking around neighborhoods with a lot cars. Should I worry about them crossing the street?” I am in good physical shape so I have no problem also carrying a dog across the street if it is needed.
A typical day
I love to go on walks with dogs. Parks are always a great thing if the animal wants to be social and interact with other animals. The common is always a beautiful place to walk around but I personally prefer the Boston Public Garden for the smells and winding paths always make the walks fun and interesting.
