Pet care experience
I have been caring for my own pets for my entire life and have been pet sitting since I was fourteen. I am a current animal science/pre-vet student at UConn, so helping animals is my life’s mission! I also have clinical experience working as a veterinary technician, so I am comfortable handling animals and making sure any medical needs are taken care of. Each and every pet deserves the same degree of love, care, and affection, and I would love to look after your furry friend!

Jude not only has a love for pets, but she is responsible and knowledgeable about their care as well. She is currently an animal science major at UCONN with plans to apply to vet school. Jude also worked as a vet tech over the summer. She has three cats and a gecko. She has done dog and cat sitting for friends, family,and neighbors for several years. I would trust Jude to take care of my pet due to her knowledge, experience, and love of animals.

I live in an apartment with lots of outdoor space for walks and play! There are also several trails nearby if your pup enjoys hikes. My only pet here is a small lizard, so your pet won’t be bothered if they are nervous around other animals. Your pet is welcome to my couch or chair, but these can be off-limits if you prefer to keep them off furniture. My roommate is a fellow animal lover, so your pet will be the center of attention should they stay with me!

A typical day
I love spending time outdoors and your pup will enjoy lots of walks and playtime with me-I know lots of great hiking spots! If the indoors are more your pets speed, indoor play and lots of cuddles are a definite.

Availability
I am a full time student and work a part time job a few days per week, but I am often available in the afternoons, overnight, and on weekends. I also have lots of breaks in my schedule should your pet need a walk during the day!
