I first joined Rover when I moved to Atlanta two years ago. I have taken care of several dogs since, from month-old puppies to grey-haired bears — I call most dogs “bear”). The first thing I do when I meet a new pawed friend is learn what he/she wants, needs, likes, and dislikes. I like to take some time on the Meet & Greet before boarding a pet to be sure they get along with our cats — they usually ignore the dogs anyway. Oh, and I also learn all the hotspots for a better petting experience. After all, he/she will soon become my friend and partner in crime! I enjoy frequenting dog-friendly places whenever I am boarding a hairy friend. Parks, breweries, hiking trails, restaurants — the works. I’ll show your pet an awesome time!
