Very great caretaker for my pups. I felt good about leaving them with Juan. I will definitely use him again.

I just picked my dog up after boarding with Juan for 3 nights. For the drop off he was late which was ok, things happen. Upon pickup he was not there, another dog he was boarding ran out the door when i was leaving with my dog. He then claims i was rude to his father in law and i intentionally left the door open where another dog he was boarding ran out behind me and my dog when we were leaving. Also my 6qt bag of dog food was completely empty when on arrival it was full. My dog eats two cups a day Juan claims another dog “got into it” clearly the dogs were not being supervised. Also why would you leave a ziplock of dog food in arms reach if you have dogs around???? All of the poop bags on his poop bag holder was gone when on arrival it was a fresh roll. Juan has now blocked messages from me so this is to Juan: First of all, i did not leave the door open. I had the bag with the bowls in my hand and my dog on his leash in the other - you have two doors before you even reach to the exit. I was not responsible for keeping an eye on the other dog as your father in law was behind me walking me out to lock the door behind me. I told your father thank you and was not in any shape or form rude. I do not speak Spanish so i am not sure if he understood my words. I had a long day of travelling as i mentioned and came as soon as i got off the plane. If anything i was shocked at 1. The 6qt bag of dog food i left you with was entirely gone. As well as his scoop to measure his food was not returned 2. The fact that you are running a business and last minute you are not there to return my dog to me is highly unprofessional 3. The number on the app is not even your number If this incident with my dogs specific food went missing two days ago…. WHAT WERE YOU FEEDING HIM???? The incident with The other dog is that he pushed through and ran outside and i helped call the dog and get him out of the street. There were cars coming and i ran to save the dog. Who in their right mind would “let a dog out” Please do not claim these false accusations when YOU WERE NOT EVEN THERE JUAN!!!! The dog then jumped in my car and i asked ur father to get his leash. Which i then helped put the leash back on and take him out of the car. I also strained my thumb finger and was in extreme pain. Please clarify which of my actions were “rude”.
