Pet care experience
We’re a family of dog lovers with a young-ish dog of our own (Indie, cattle dog mix). We have a fenced-in backyard and we’re just a few blocks from the river and parks. We love hosting other dogs who can play with our dog, and because Indie is so high energy we usually take several long walks a day to the dog park so that they get off-leash play time.
Reviews
Van Gogh had a great time with JP and Indie and will be staying with them again!. THANK YOU JP and Indie!
JP was great with our dog TJ. Very responsive whenever I reached out and updated us with pictures every day. TJ was often taken on nice walks around the neighborhood and to the dog park. 5/5.
JP has an excellent home for dog’s to play, walk, and come home tired! I’ve taken my dog to JP three times and she is always excited to play with Indy. JP is responsive by message and gives updates during the stay. I will book again for future long weekend trips I take without my dog.
JP is a great sitter, he took Barkley on a hike and makes sure she is well cared for! I know she has a blast with his dog and always comes home tired and happy.

Information JP S. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know what commands your dog responds to, and how they react off-leash/around other dogs off-leash. Also if there are any triggers for your dog (for instance we once hosted a dog who hated buses).
A typical day
We wake up around 6:45 and give the dogs a quick walk, then after breakfast we head to the dog park for off-leash play time for about thirty minutes. We take another 20-30 minute walk at lunch, and then head to the dog park at 5pm for more off-leash playtime. After dinner we head out for another 20-30 minute walk around 9:30-10pm
