Hi I’m Joyeux! (you can call me Joy) I’ve loved working with animals my whole life. I had the pleasure of working at an animal rescue for four years where I specialized in rehabilitation therapy and abuse recovery. Although the Rover app is only for dogs & cats, I can also take care of other household animals and I’ve worked extensively with exotics (rabbits, rodents, birds, reptiles etc.) I am certified in BasicLife animal first aid & CPR. I have experience with special needs animal care, senior care, as well as basic and behavioral training. I would be absolutely delighted to take care of your fur baby in any capacity! I absolutely love running outdoors & finding new hiking trails! When I’m not studying, I’m outside exploring, hopefully with a furry friend! I live in a one bedroom apartment. Within my home there is a water bowl in each room in order to ensure your pup never goes without proper hydration! We also have pee pads just in case accidents happen (mostly for our senior buddies)! Each room is open and welcoming for any pet. I do ‘puppy proof’ my home for concerned owners with puppies or pups that tend to get into things! I always note unique circumstances & accommodate to your concerns to the best of my abilities! I’m a full time student & stay at home to study most of the time.
