Love love love! Joyce was so accommodating when I had some circumstances that delayed pick up, and she kept me updated on coco (who looked like he was having fun exploring!). My first experience with Rover was absolutely great. Would definitely trust Joyce again in the future.

I have two cats, Buttercup and Smitten. I am blown away because Smitten showed his belly while laying down at Joyce’s place. He is so shy compared to Buttercup but that showed me that he was feeling very comfortable and safe. Wonderful job Joyce.
Joyce was flexible, responded quickly, and was very kind. I have had cats many years, and I got the impression Joyce is very knowledgeable and experienced in cat behaviour (definitely more-so than me). My adopted senior cats are not well socialized with other cats, but my girls did well with Joyce and her cats.
