Joyce is amazing! This was Yogi’s second time staying with Joyce and it was also his longest stay ever. Joyce reassured us throughout his entire stay with great communication, including text and video updates. He had lots of play with other dogs, walks and beach visits, so we knew he was getting enough exercise too. Also important for us was that Yogi would get enough attention and he did, including a bath and brush-outs. We will continue booking with Joyce. Thank you!
I had an incredible experience with Joyce as our dog sitter for my large breed Doberman. She kept him active with trips to the beach and park, and the positive impact on his behavior around other dogs was remarkable. My partner and I were so impressed that we've decided to exclusively use Joyce for our future dog-sitting needs - this was our second time. Joyce was an amazing sitter for our 2 year old Doberman, Marvin. She made sure to spend time getting to know Marvin on his own before introducing him to the other dogs and sent us many updates throughout the day. Joyce took Marvin out for lots of exercise and gave him a nice bath before we picked him up too. Overall, leaving Marvin with Joyce was a great experience and we would definitely book with her again!
My almost two year old chocolate lab, Bailey, stayed with Joyce for two nights and I can’t express how thankful and appreciative I am for Joyce! Bailey is very high energy and had a lot of playing time and beach time to during his stay. He was a bit anxious and Joyce gave him lots of love and comfort. Joyce updated me throughout the day with photos, videos and messages of Bailey which made me feel at ease. I highly recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a dog sitter!

☺️ Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I am 100% dedicated to providing excellent care on a 24/7 basis. I am the only Certified Professional Animal Care Provider on Rover within BC. With my medical background and healthcare experience, I can administer pills, insulin injections or subcutaneous fluids. I will closely monitor and assess if needed. I have worked with a range of breeds, temperaments, sizes, disabilities and behavioural issues. Complex care is my specialty. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming and fun vacation for your pet! Whether it’s spending the day sunbathing in our spacious and secured backyard, early morning visits to MacDonald Dog Beach, splashing in the pool/sprinkler or making new friends in a small supervised group. According to pawrents, my canine clients are always eager and excited when they realize they are returning to my home for another vacation! Cats from the same household will enjoy the exclusive cat suite. Your cat will enjoy figuring out the floor to ceiling sisal climbing pole or lounging on the sheepskin window perch and watch the world pass by. They will enjoy the quietness of the dog-free second level of the house. As for the hoomans, I strive to provide above and beyond service—I will accommodate any time for pick up and drop offs, I am flexible with flight delays, I will respond promptly to messages and provide endless photos and videos of your pet’s adventures. For an additional fee, I provide round trip pet taxi to and from your home for your convenience. For the high maintenance pups, I can arrange for professional grooming at a nearby salon. I provide complimentary pet taxi to and from their appointment. Your dog will welcome you back freshly groomed upon your return. For the low maintenance dogs, I provide a complimentary shampoo, condition and deshedding scrub on the day of check out. Shadow is the resident doggie host, he is a calm alpha who helps keep social order in the pack. He is reliable with teaching a puppy social skills. My two cats, Batman & Robin, stay on the second level of the house and will be kept separate from our feline guests.
