I recently rescued a senior Boston Terrier named Roxy and am new to the Eastern Carolina area by way of New York City. I understand how tough it is to own a dog when you have a demanding job. I'm here to help you take care of your furry loved one during the day while you're at work, away from your home or apartment for many hours in a day, or away for a day trip on the weekends. Short Term Help // House Drop-Ins (feedings, medications, refill water) // Walks (walks in the park, dog park outings, potty breaks, exercise) Prior experience with dogs with special diets, medical needs, administering medications, and separation anxiety.

Joy was easy to work with, trustworthy, and timely. She did a good job of watching our 3 cats, while 2 were kept separate from the 3rd. And made sure none made an escape into each other's territory. We were kept up to date on her visits and she took notice of their eating habits. Thanks for your help Joy!
Joy is the only person I trust to watch my dog, Margaret. Margaret is a 16 lb. cavapoo and the sweetest pup ever - I'm actually convinced that Margaret loves Joy more than me! Joy has watched Margaret for probably a month now total if you add up all the weekends and trips here and there over the last 18 months. She's responsible and loving with Margaret and we are so lucky to have her. She's had Margaret at her place and also house sat for us when we were away for a whole week and both have been great experiences. Highly recommended!
Joy is the best! She loves my two dogs, Dee Dee & Lucy like they're her own. She is responsible, courteous and really cares about animals. Joy loves to take the dogs for walks, is particular about their diets and best of all- loves to cuddle them! Most importantly, Lucy and Dee love Joy...and so do we!
Joy has dog sat for my dachshund mix several times and she does a phenomenal job. Joy does more than simply look after your dog, she genuinely cares for your dog. She took my dog on daily walks, followed his feeding schedule perfectly, and made him feel right at home. My dog doesn't even mind when my husband and I travel if he gets to go stay with Joy! I highly recommend her as a dog sitter. She will take excellent care of your dog and ensure that your dog has fun too!
