Pet care experience
I’m the paw-fect partner for your dog's daily exercise and playtime! I’m a former health care professional and special needs caregiver who used to volunteer with local 5k to half marathon training groups in the Rochester area. I enjoy hiking local trails as I’ve lived most of my life here. Over the years, I’ve shared my home with a number of different dog breeds of different energy levels, sizes, coats and temperaments. BLS and Red Cross First Aid certified. Your dog's next adventure awaits!

Joy has been wonderful to work with for weekly walks for our 65lb boxer mix. Great communication, always on time and one happy tired pup after each walk. Our dog loves Joy so much she has started waiting by the window for her on walk days! Highly recommend.
Joy is a responsible and punctual dog walker. The dogs are always happy to go for a walk with her, and she gives them enough time to have a good long walk.

I’d love to know any special needs, triggers (e.g. is Fido afraid of people wearing hats?) or if the pooch is able to walk with another dog. Can the dog be walked on a public sidewalk, or just on the property? What’s the treat policy?
A typical day
Activities can be guided by you, or regular activities can be fetch, regular walks, couch/floor time cuddles, treat and meal feedings, light training exercises, brushing, just about whatever!

My schedule is fairly open. I currently work for Rochester Schools, so depending on the day and time, I can be available weekdays, and certainly weekends. I can even be available most Holidays!
