Pet care experience
Every animal needs love! In the last 2 years, I have found homes for 3 stray kittens and rescued a puppy of my own. In my free time, you can find me volunteering at the Alameda Animal Shelter or shopping for my dog's wardrobe. Lastly, I have to say that my dog toy collection is also quite impressive.

First time having Joy doing visits. Very attentive and loving our fur babies. Followed directions for them to stay on their schedule. Provided photos and video's of them, which was an awesome extra. Very well cared for and looking forward to working with her again. Recommended
My dog immediately loved Joy, she’s very friendly and caring with my dog on walks! She saved me in a pinch when my other dog walker went out of town. Will definitely use her in the future.
Joy was so great with our dog Otis! I can tell she was very caring and she asked a lot of questions during our meet and greet prior to booking. I enjoyed the Rover Cards every afternoon and will be booking through Joy again. ?

My living room is essentially a dog paradise-- endless toys and space to run around or snuggle. I also have a fenced backyard garden for fresh air. My 2-year-old Scottish Terrier is very energetic and loves big dogs so he will have no problem sharing the puppy paradise with new friends. There is also a potty area and a fenced room for crate-trained dogs.

A typical day
I love taking friendlier dogs with high energy to the dog park or the grass field near my home to play fetch. For longer walks, I prefer Lake Chabot or Redwood Park for about an hour-long hike.

Even as a working student, I always find time to walk my dog twice a day. The best times for me to provide quality service for your pet are on the weekends (Friday-Sunday), but always feel free to discuss weekday availability with me.
