We're so glad to have Jovita take care of Kuma, our German Shepherd, for the past week. Jovita sent videos and updated us with how Kuma was doing and we felt confident that she was being taken care of. No issues whatsoever. Would use Jovita again for any future accomodation needs.
I've had bad luck. She was only able to walk the dog for 10 minutes when I already paid for 30 minutes. No offer of a re-walk or refund was offered by her. And unfortunately she was not able to come to the scheduled walk the following day as she met with an accident. Hope she feels better and is not injured.
Here's the edited version: I went on vacation on February 24th in the afternoon and was supposed to pick up my dog on March 4th. I got my dog a day earlier because I just didn't trust them. However, the experience with this sitter was quite frustrating as it was challenging to obtain updates about my dog. If you're seeking seamless communication and reassurance that your dog is doing well, such as going to the park or for walks, you may be disappointed. Overall, this experience left me feeling uneasy, stressed, and frustrated.
Jovita and husband were lovely with our Zuko. Whole hearted recommendation and appreciation from us! He is notoriously sassy when it comes to having his jacket/harness put on (since he really doesn’t like going outside in the coke) and clearly they were able to win him over even after only having him for a few hours. Thank you Jovita!
