My dog had a wonderful stay! Jovana family was great and she enjoyed playing with the other dogs and kids around the place. The drop off process was a little unusual. Jovana was not there when I arrived. I selected a window arrival time. Between 12-2:00. I arrived at 1:30. This was communicated. She has someone there to meet us and it all went well. In fairness to her, for the pick up. My alarm didn't go off and I was 1.5 hours late picking up my dog and Jovana was gracious and kind. She had someone else meet me to get my dog picked up. I never did meet jovana in person. My dog was safe and happy and well loved here!
