I am very happy with Bo and Inga's stay with Jourdan G. I think the dogs had a blast while they were with her and I also think she took great care of them. I would definitely book them a future stay with her again. Thanks Jourdan, Daniel V

I would start by saying I would never recommend Jourdan to dogsit. My boyfriend and I left our 11 year old dog with Jourdan for the week, and throughout our week we were unhappy with communication as we kept asking for photos and updates (we asked 4 out of 6 days), but only received one very bad photo where our pup looked extremely miserable. It later became known that Jourdan was taking care of literally 10 dogs at once along with our dog, but we were never told or warned about this. It's entirely likely he was lost in the mix and neglected. This was the first clue something was amiss with Jourdan. When my boyfriend went to pick up Solomon, he found him laying in the grass in Jourdan's from yard, completely untethered and un-leashed. As we told them, he is not street safe and could easily have run out into the street, been hit, and killed. They actually had the audacity to presume to know my dog better than me, after him being my dog for 11 years, claiming later in a message that "he just hung out with us out there all week." Apparently he could've run off or been hit by a car the whole week we left him. After going to greet Solomon, my boyfriend was told by Jourdan's boyfriend that Solomon had been scratched in the face, right near his eye, by another dog. They had not sent us any message about this until that moment. Following this, they began to collect Solomon's things. Before leaving, my boyfriend asked them how Solomon had been all week. They assured him he had been sweet and gentle, just the perfect dog. Later, when asked about the poor communication, leaving him off his leash, and how Solomon had been cut, they cussed us out and said Solomon was "aggressive" and "rude." To top it all off, when my boyfriend went to take out Solomon's belongings at home, he found they had not included the treats with the food we left with them, and they had also shattered our water bowl and not said a word about it. In addition, they had barely fed Solomon any of his needed medication, despite us expressly telling them how and what he needed. As noted earlier, we messaged them later to ask about all these things, which triggered Jourdan into an extremely aggressive swearing tirade, insulting both me, my boyfriend, and our dog. She threatened us with a "poor review" and continued to swear, jab at us, and insult our dog. She and her boyfriend were clearly negligent, refused to communicate more than once in an entire week, broke our belongings, didn't return Solomon's treats, allowed our dog to be hurt and never informed us, didn't give our dog his medication, and when questioned about all those things, promptly yelled at us, cussed us out, and threatened us and our dog. 0/10, would never recommend them to take care of anything, let alone your dog.
