Pet care experience
Vet Assistant experience at Snoqualmie Veterinary Hospital. Assist veterinarians with lab work procedures including surgeries for dogs and cats. Daily personal hygiene needs for the pets and providing special care. Currently I own one cat, I have always had pets growing up and very quickly developed a love for them. I have a passion for understanding all the different types of animals and what makes a pet unique. In my spare time I love to paint pet portraits! Examples of this in my photo gallery.

Josie and her husband were absolutely amazing with our boy Catch. He fell in love with their 2 beautiful kids and they treated him like family. We got constant updates and pictures which put our minds at ease. Catch had a really hard eating due to anxiety and she never gave up, she made games out if it, and made sure he ate no matter how much work it took. She took him on tons of walks and hikes and always checked his feet and fur afterwards to make sure he didn’t have anything stuck. He honestly didn’t even want to come home he had such a fun time. The connection that her and her family made with him in the small time that he was there was so heart warming to see. We will definitely be going through her again and would suggest to her anyone who needs there baby taken care of. She is amazing!!
Josie and her husband were awesome. Took good care of Harvey and gave him a lot of exercise. She sent updates photos frequently and communicated well. Would definitely use her again.
Josie is the most caring and attentive pet sitter! She cared for our elderly cat and then later cared for our two young kittens. For our elderly cat, she was so gentle with her approach and care which is exactly what kitty needed ❤️ For our two young kittens, they have a lot of energy and Josie gave them lots of love, cuddles, attention and play time ❤️ We couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter! She cared for them like they were her own and provided updates with pictures each visit and even offered to FaceTime so we could say hello to them. We are always at ease when we leave town knowing that Josie is caring for our little fur babies ❤️
Josie, and her loving, safe home, is a wonderful pet caregiver who treats all pets as if they were her own. She's thoughtful in approaching care to ensure the pet and pet owners feel comfortable in safe in her care. I have personally seen Josie around several cats and dogs and it's so pleasant to see how warm she is around them and how easily the pets open up to her. I would highly recommend Josie as a pet care giver.

Directly behind my home is also an optional field that the neighborhood uses for their dogs. Would love to know your pet/pets preferred living situation so I can make their stay as cozy as possible.

A typical day
Require owner to bring their pet/pets food this is always best for your pet as any sudden change of diet is not recommended. Start the day with a potty break then breakfast quickly follows. We will spend most the time in the backyard area with the routine you most prefer for your pet. Love to go on walks in neighborhood, occasionally trails, or even the field directly behind my home as long as owner is comfortable with this.
