Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life, I love them. I am used to caring for dogs of all ages; from puppies to older dogs- ranging from 0-17 years. I have looked after dogs of all temperaments, including very energetic to very timid rescue dogs. I handle different temperaments with care and patience. I am happy looking after all breeds and love to meet new breeds. I really enjoy walking as a hobby so am a keen to be a dog walker, as well as sitter. I have a lovely flat with double doors straight off the living room onto our patio and a grassy area aswell. It's completely closed off so no chance of getting out. My flat is a 2 minute walk from Finsbury Park & 10 minutes from Clissold Park so loads of lovely walking routes too! I am in the perfect location and have a great flat for a lovely dog to be in! I am reliable, punctual and a fun bubbly person.

Josie took excellent care of our 7 month old working cocker puppy (a dog with LOTS of energy) Her communication was excellent (and fast) and most importantly when there was an issue she wasn’t 100% certain about (our fault for forgetting it in the notes) she called for clarification. Very happy - as is our pup!
We left our dog, Waldo, with Josie at short notice and she was brilliant. Waldo loved her and she him. Can't recommend her highly enough

I have a fenced garden, double doors onto it from the living room which are often open. It is both patio and grass. I live with my partner and 2 friends, we have lived together for years and also have done for all of the dogs we've previously looked after via Rover.

No breed preferences! All I'd like to know is their temperament so that I can approach them accordingly and ensure I give them the correct love and care they need. I want them to feel happy and safe in my home.
A typical day
We live opposite Finsbury Park and a 10 minute walk from Clissold Park so there are lots of great, safe places for dog walking. We go for a walk (dog or no dog), twice a day as we work from home and like to get out the house. We also have an hour lunch break so if the dog is used to having 3 walks a day that's fine!

Availability
I am currently working from home so the dog will be in company 24/7. I work from the living room which goes straight onto the garden so letting the dog out is very easy and can be done however often is needed!
