As an accessibility advocate, I use my bicycle as a tool for freedom and extend an exclusive offer to your high-energy furry friend. I ONLY do bike ‘walks’ with your dog. If you are looking for someone that can keep pace with any breed, continue reading for insight to my process: 1. We will first meet and greet at Morley Field Dog Park in Balboa Park. It is ideal that your dog is comfortable with my dog, Moose, so a mutual meeting space with plenty of room for running and riding is foundational. 2. If the dogs get along, we will schedule as many 60-minute training sessions as needed. It took Moose 1x 60-minute session to teach him how to run next to me on leash while I ride a bike in the street. The quicker your dog learns, the cheaper it is for you! So please provide their favorite training treats. If the dogs do not get along, that is okay; just expect the training time to take longer without Moose. 3. Once your dog understands bike etiquette, we can schedule either 30 or 60 minute bike walks, which are cheaper than training sessions. These can be with or without Moose. 4. The ultimate goal would be for me to teach you to ride with your dog if you are interested.
