Have had pets all my life. Had my special needs dachshund, Stanley, for 17-years. Great with puppies and their needs. Can give medication. I believe in only love and positive reinforcement.

I left my 12-week old Aussie puppy with Joshua for 5 days and highly recommend reaching out to him if you need help with your dog! He was great about regularly sending me pictures of the dogs together, and my pup seemed happy and well taken care of when i picked him up.
We were in a pinch, but Josh came through and Korra had a wonderful time! We feel comfortable leaving Korra with Josh, Osa, and Corduroy again.
My dogs stayed with Josh for their first time away from home. I was nervous because they both have separation anxiety, but when we picked them up they didn't want to leave! They had such a blast playing with Josh's dogs, and there was clear care given by Josh for my pups. Josh kept me informed the whole time, sending notes and lots of pictures. I will not hesitate to have them stay here again! :)
Sven absolutely loved his stay with Josh and his dogs, and had such a great time playing with his new friends that he’s still recovering as I write this. Josh provided constant updates, and made the whole process so simple and enjoyable for both Sven and I. I had no doubt that Sven was in great hands with the constant photos of him playing and relaxing, and I’ll absolutely be returning to Josh when I need a sitter again!

I have a house with a dog door and fully fenced yard. Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds. Lots of dog toys. 24 hour vet nearby. I have two dogs of my own. Osa, border collie mix, 50lbs, 4yrs. Corduroy, mini-Australian shepherd, 25lbs, 8mos.

Your dog should be great with other dogs and understand boundaries with smaller and/or older dogs. If your dog keeps to themselves, that is fine too. My dogs quickly understand the pace of other dogs.
A typical day
I have two playful dogs of my own, a dog door with fully fenced yard and can provide walks. Lots of toys here. I am very attentive and make sure everyone is having fun and staying out of trouble.
