I have been rescuing, rehabilitating and training dogs for over 25 years. By day I run a marketing department for a technology company and work from home. By night I like to cozy up with a book and an animal. My schedule allows me the flexibility to provide the highest quality care and love, specific to what your animal requires. In addition to loving, walking, feeding and bathing, I also have experience with training, aggressive dogs and calming techniques for anxious or hyper dogs. I have a 3.5 year old Golden Retreiver named Beatrice who loves company and has a calming effect on anxious dogs.

We booked our dog with Joshua last minute and as first time Rover users. This was also our first time going away and being unable to bring Akira with us. We were happy with the level of care and updates received while we were away. Akira seemed very happy and relaxed.

I take the dogs comfort and safety seriously and provide a home free of potential dangers. Depending on the dog and it's needs, they may sleep on my lap while I work, by my feet, on the couch, the bed or anywhere else they find comforting while enjoying their stay. If your dog has a specialized feeding schedule or diet, that can be accommodated without any issues. Depending on the dogs activity level, we can go for short walks or long hikes each day. Bathroom breaks happen every couple hours unless your fur baby requires more frequent pit stops.

Any medications or injuries I should be aware of? 11. Anything else you think I should know.
A typical day
If your dog is allowed to sleep in the bed, then I will always allow them to sleep with me. Each day we will go for a number of bathroom breaks and walks or runs depending on your animal. I am an extremely active and can keep up with the most active animals. So no matter what your pet is used to, I can make sure their routine stays consistent. I will provide meals based on your current meal schedule and ensure your fur baby has lots of love and attention.

As a working professional, I am available most days or nights to care for your fur baby in my home. I prefer multiple days / nights, but can also accommodate for a single visit.
