It all started at the age 5, when I literally watched my first dog, Hunter, being born, and declared to my mom and dad, 'that's my dog!' Hunter (a black lab / German shepard) wasn't just my first dog, he was also my best friend, living and playing by my side for 18 years. Today I share my time with dogs as much as I can. Dog training, sitting, walking, and playing bring me so much joy, and I could not imagine life without them!!

Josh is the best! he always cares for my dogs like they are his own. He is the only one I trust to take care of my dogs, and they both love him. My big dog requires medication 2 times a day & Josh makes sure he receives this. The dogs are always thoroughly exercised when i get them back. He is the best!
Joshua is Excellent with both dogs and cats. He loves animals. He has housesat and dog sat and cat sat for me and I have been very pleased. He pays attention to my animals as well as to my home and he truly cares. He gives my pets all that they need and he spends time walking and caring for them. Also, he listens and does not over feed them. I can't say enough about Joshua as he is truly a great person to hire to care for your pets and he is very trustworthy. You will not be disappointed when choosing Joshua for your home and pet needs. I give him 10 stars out of 10 stars!

A typical day
Here are some fun activities that I can do with the dogs I watch include: 1. Taking them for walks or hikes in a nearby park or trail. 2. Playing fetch with a ball or frisbee in a closed area. 3. Setting up an agility course in your backyard for them to navigate. 4. Engaging in interactive play with toys like puzzle toys. 5. Bolstering requested tricks or commands using positive reinforcement. 6. Giving them a relaxing massage or grooming session. 7. Organizing a playdate with other friendly and compatible dogs (if owner approved). 8. Providing them with mentally stimulating activities, such as scent games or treat puzzles. 9. Taking them to a dog-friendly beach area for exercise or socialization (if owner approved) 10. Simply spending quality time with them, giving them attention, and showing them love and affection. I always prioritize the safety and well-being of your pup and ensure that the activities are suitable for their age, breed, and energy level.

I’m a student so I am mostly at home and available to be at your home consistently throughout the day and also overnight if requested. Whether at your home or mine, I will provide a stable, loving and consistent environment for your pup with plenty of walks and bathroom breaks!
