This was our first Rover experience and it couldn’t have been any better. Our hyper active pup returned happy, well mannered and just plain and simple different dog. We booked 10 days stay with Joshua. We were getting multiple updates and videos every day. His open setup is designed to keep your furry friends entertained and socially active with other dogs. I can't say enough good things about Joshua and how he cared for our dog. We took our family to Florida and stopped through Disney for a couple of days. Our hotel didn't accept pets, so we looked into Rover. This was our first Rover experience, so we were a bit hesitant. We searched around quite a bit and found Joshua. We were AMAZED with his communication during the entire process and how he cared for our dog. You can tell he truly loves what he does and cares for his guests as if they were his own pets. When we dropped our dog (Tucker) off and drove away, I said to my wife, "I can't believe how comfortable I am leaving Tucker with a stranger.". We received so many pictures and videos of our pup living it up in luxury! Joshua went above and beyond with every aspect of Tucker's stay. He was so accommodating with our schedule and wanted to make sure our family didn't have to worry about our pup while we were on vacation. Such a great guy and he has a great environment for a dog to stay and play. When we return to Florida, I won't hesitate for a second to contact Joshua again.
