Pet care experience
I'm Josh and I am currently working for the Pasco County Government and have spent the last 10 years of my career working in law enforcement and the military. I great up surrounded by dogs and currently have a Great Dane service dog and a Beagle/German Shepherd puppy. To me, dog's aren't just pets and they will always be family. I trained Maverick, my service dog myself and just recently rescued Kita, our Beagle/Shepherd puppy. I have always had a love of dogs and love getting to spend any time with them I can. If I had the choice, I'd be rescuing every dog I could. Currently I work full time during the weekdays and am available weekends and some week nights. In my free time, I'm usually training for a local half marathon or GoRuck event to support fellow veterans and love getting to take Maverick and Kita on a new adventure whenever I can. Whether you want someone to take the pup on a quick jog by an experienced runner, a relaxing walk, or just a playtime, I'd be happy to go above and beyond to treat them just like my own pups.

Joshua is an amazing dog person. He treats his own pups like 4 legged royalty! He’s an active person so anyone needing their dog exercised while in his care will have no problem getting that service. Joshua is an avid runner and can exercise your dog a little or a lot! You can’t go wrong with Joshua. He’ll take care of your dogs as well as, if not better than you! Ha!
Joshua is awesome with dogs! He owns two dogs they are well loved and pampered. He is professional, trustworthy, generous with his time and most importantly, compassionate. You will be calm and secure knowing that Joshua is watching over your dog(s). He is responsible and accommodating. Pet sitting is not Joshua’s side job – it’s what he loves and it’s what he does for his livelihood. I can terll you he genuinely enjoys taking care of dog(s) and feels deeply responsible for their well-being. Beyond feeding and cleaning up after dog(s) he sits and plays with each. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loving person to care for their dog(s) whether it’s a day or for a long vacation. He is your best choice.
Josh is an amazing guy and takes the care of individuals and animals alike. He is a great person to watch over anyone and their property. He is a kind hearted individual and I’d let him watch my dog Bailey any day!

I would definitely like to know their temperment towards larger and smaller dogs and if they have any triggers that can cause extra anxiety or any other issues. I want my time with them to be for their best benefit and always want to be mindful of what works for them and doesn't.
A typical day
I currently live in a gaited community with great sidewalks and large open fields. I have no problem taking them to a local dog park or finding a great local park nearby just to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
