Oh, where to begin? Every interaction with Joshua was fantastic, from the initial booking request to the time I picked up our dog, Guzzi, from her 2-night stay. Response time to any and all questions was lightning fast. Joshua is just an amazing "dog" person and also very kind and professional. I felt an immediate sense of comfort when we first met for a meet-n-greet with our 110-lb Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix. Guzzi apparently shared that same comfort, as she instantly took to Joshua. I loved that Joshua took Guzzi for a walk as soon as I dropped her off for her little "vacation" (that way, she did not notice me as I drove off). He sent awesome photos of Guzzi just 2 hours after I left, clearly showing how happy and at-ease she was. The wonderful photos continued each day, and I starting thinking that Guzzi was not going to want to return to her humdrum life! But, alas, she still squealed when I came to pick her up. Will absolutely book with Joshua again when we need someone to take care of Guzzi. Highly recommend!!!

Roxy (Lab, 5 months) had a great time with Josh! He was very responsive, sent us many pictures, and overall would definitely book again with him! He also taught her how to walk down stairs (she was terrified before lol) in the span of just one day with him!
