Hello! I am Josh and I am 30 years of age living in Daly City, CA. I have grown up with dogs my whole life, miniature Italian greyhounds to be precise, and am extremely passionate about animals. I previously worked as a dog walker for 5 years and have always been told I make animals — even skittish ones — comfortable during a first encounter. I am highly reliable and flexible with last minute boardings or planned ones. For me, the most rewarding aspect of my work is forming lasting bonds with both the animals and their owners, many of whom have used my services for years. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - PRIORITY CHECK LIST → → Meet and greet is required for first time clients ←← • All shots must be up to date • Dog sizes allowed per landlord rules: small–medium dogs up to 40lb but no taller than 18" from shoulder height or base of neck to the ground while standing on all legs. • Due to our pup being scared of certain breeds and looking out for her care, I don’t accept the following breeds: bulldogs, beagles, corgies, huskies, american pit bulls, american bullies, boston terriers, bull terriers, staffordshire terriers, viszlas, german shepherds, large doodles, or younger bigger breeds during mid growth. • I do not accept dogs that have aggression, severe separation anxiety, are not house trained, wear diapers or have urine-marking behavior. If this occurs during the stay, I unfortunately won't be able to host them again in the future. Thank you for understanding. STAYS LONGER THAN 3 NIGHTS With boardings longer than 3 nights, I require a one night trial run to ensure dog is comfortable and has proper behavior in our house. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - BOARDING (Monday–Sunday) PICKUP/DROP OFF TIMES: 8am–8:30pm Due to landlord rules, I only allow pick up/drop off times as early as 8am and as late as 8:30pm. Any time after, I will have to modify the booking to add on one extra night for pickup to be the next morning. SERVICES INCLUDE: • Playtime and 1–2 walks in our quiet low traffic neighborhood • 2–3 daily photo updates • Toys to play and share with • Stocked purified water • End of day report that summarizes your pet’s stay PRICES: • Standard rate $75 • Holiday rate $100 *Please note holiday rates will apply to all dogs, including additional dogs, for any dates listed as holidays on the Rover calendar. We ensure they stay hydrated with purified water and feed them at their preferred times.
