Including my full time job teaching science to little humans, I love to care for creatures that struggle to care for themselves when their family is away. I have gained the trust of my friends and family to watch after their pets', even going so far as to board my friend's cat for 7-months while they hiked the PCT. I'd like to expand out to help my community while they are traveling; while I'm not at school, I have ample time to make your pets feel loved and safe while you are away. I look forward to meeting the furry addition to your family soon.

Communication and following instruction were lacking. I felt compelled to end the booking early so I could enjoy my vacation. I would not use Joshua again.
Joshua was nothing short of fantastic. He proactively sent updates regularly, provided pictures, and clearly took excellent care of our animals (1 dog, 2 cats and a hamster). I would not hesitate to recommend him, and I’ve already told multiple friends about him.
Joshua is just amazing! He has watched our two dogs, Lainey and Momma, and our cat, Opie, many times over the last 5 years. He takes wonderful care of all of them. Our rescue, Momma, is a bit of a nut case but Joshua managed her just fine. Our Golden, Lainey, is elderly and struggles to get up and move around. But Joshua was very patient and gentle with her...giving her the time she needed to go for a walk and potty. Joshua, is especially wonderful with cats. He allowed Opie to sleep with him and lay on him while Joshua watched tv. I cannot say enough good things about Joshua. It is wonderful to be able to go away and not worry about our pets and our home because we know they are in good hands. As a bonus, Joshua's communication with us was excellent, he sent pictures and videos that made us smile and laugh. We highly recommend Joshua and can vouch for his ability to take care of any type of pet.

My biggest need to know is if your pet(s) need a bathroom break between 7-4pm during the weekdays. Unless it is a school holiday, I am not available at the house during that time and do not have someone who can check in for me.
A typical day
I have a closed golf course right near my house for extended walks in a place away from cars. If you have pets that enjoy hikes, I'm an avid backpacker/hiker myself and would love some company while out in nature. At home, I love to get down on the ground to play or cuddle up on the couch to watch some TV.

Availability
I leave for work at 7am and am back by 4:30pm on the weekdays. I otherwise have no hard commitments I need to schedule for while I am looking after your pets. When I'm responsible for your pets care, they will come first in my priorities.
