Pet care experience
I've been taking care of my family's, my friend's, and my neighbor's pets through High School, and as a recently graduated student, I've been needing a source of income. What better way to make money than by doing something I already love? In the past I've dropped by people's houses throughout the day (2-3 times depending on the family) and making sure the pets are fed, watered, played with, and most importantly, loved on. What's sets me apart is that I'm not solely here for the money. I genuinely love taking care of people's pets while their owners are away, and I truly enjoy getting to know new pet's personalities.

Josh has been petting sitting for our family for a few years. We have two cats and two large dogs. He would come to the house twice a day to feed the pets plus walk the dogs each day. He is a very reliable young man.
My family has always been one to rescue or take in animals as they show up. We have Guinea pigs and bearded dragons and cats and dogs, so it's obviously very important that all are taken care of while we aren't home to do so ourselves. This past summer, my family went to the Bahamas! We trusted Josh to take care of our animals twice a day. He not only did that, but he even video chatted me and let me talk to my dog who I had recently rescued 2 months earlier. He took our dogs on walks and loved them as if they were his own and vacuumed up dog hair because my rescue (Husky) was shedding his coat. We will be contacting Josh the next time we leave the country or state because of the remarkable amount of effort he put into house sitting.

I don't host animals at my own home, but I'm always down to come by yours and take your dog on a walk or play with them in a yard or something like that. I do have a younger sister that I sometimes take care of and depending on the day (and your preference) she may or may not tag along to provide your fur-baby with more love.
Information Josh S. would like to know about your pet
One of the most important things to know about an animal prior to taking care of them is their temperament. How do they respond to people? Do they react well to new people? Are they more of a cuddler or a jumper? Do they prefer to go for a walk, play tug, or throw around a ball? All of these things are so helpful in seeing what kind of dog they are, and how I can best love on them. It would be preferable that we meet before you trust me to take care of your doggo so that I can get to know you and what you're comfortable with, and so that I can meet your little (or not so little) one(s) and let them get used to me. Just message me and we can set up a time and a place either in a public park/area or in your yard, it doesn't matter so much to me where it happens.
A typical day
If your dog has a special toy or ball they love, I love to play with them while they're in my care. If there's a park near your house or you have a yard, those would be ideal to play with them.

Availability
Because I just graduated, I have a ton more open time than a have in the past. During the day I'm able to drop in and make sure you're pup is alright while you're on vacation or at work or whatever you need. If you want more in depth care, I also offer house-sitting, where I can stay in your home (as long as you're comfortable) and make sure your pet is well taken care of.
