Pet care experience
Work from home couple (we are always here) with an incredible fenced-in backyard - "stocked" with squirrels, chipmunks, and other fun things to sniff and chase. Lots of trees, paths, a garden, and right next to a stream. Oh, and the humans are pretty awesome too. We are experienced dog trainers, and will love your dog like our own. We are happy to host a 1+ year old dog that is house trained and good with other dogs, since have a 4 year old dog of our own.

Josh was fantastic! Sent us several photos and videos of Julep playing and having fun. She came back a tired pup which is always a great sign. Josh was super flexible in our drop off and pick up which made things so simple. Can't wait to book again
Josh is AMAZING! We had a last minute flight emergency and he was so kind to watch Walt for another day! His yard is a dogs paradise! A wonderful sitter who takes really great care of your pets like their own! Will 100% use them again!

We have a fenced in backyard and enjoy playing and training your dog. Interaction with the dogs is very important to us when you leave them in our home. We pet, play fetch, talk, and complete simple training any chance we can get. As dog trainers, we believe that structure is love. Nothing crazy, we love to let dogs be dogs, but we absolutely enforce rules like "no jumping on counters". It's likely your dog will come back to you with new habits like 'waiting at the door before his leash is on' or 'sitting on a mat during dinner time'.

A typical day
There is a small park in our neighborhood we visit on walks. Our neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly. We play with the dogs every evening in the backyard and will practice tricks for treats or play rewards for those that are play motivated. Not to mention the hours of sniffing in our wooded backyard. Lots of petting and cuddles are encouraged.

Availability
Both of us work from home (and hardly ever leave the house) and are able to interact and play with your dog throughout the day. Also, we are very active in the evenings - playing with the dogs in the backyard, going for walks/runs multiple times per day, and simple training.
