LOVES BIG DOGS! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Pet care experience
I’ve owned and taken care of large dogs since I was 10. I currently have a 13 yo Pitbull mix who requires senior care and a 1.5 yo nervous nellie Brazilian/English Mastiff. Crazy Labs and Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mastiffs, etc of all temperaments and play levels are welcome (puppies too)! I will even train your dog in basic commands and/or reinforce whatever training you currently do. I will take care of your dog just as I do my own! We will have a fun, constructive experience, whether that’s a neighborhood walk, a hike in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, or just a daytime drop-in while you’re away at work.

Josh is one of the best people we’ve found via River, out of dozens. He is flexible and was willing to work with us when any problem arose. Gunner was incredibly lucky to have him, and we would absolutely book him again in the future.
Josh has done a wonderful job with Gunner while I’ve been away. Knowing he takes such good care of Gunner, and that Gunner enjoys being around him, makes it easier to not worry. We really appreciate Josh and what he does!

In your home, I try to stick to their normal routine as best as possible, while also engaging the dog while you're away. I love to play fetch, tug of war, or go for long walks. If you're away for a few days while I drop-in on your pets, I can also grab your mail or any packages. In my home, your dogs will have an open house and a good-sized, fenced-in yard to run around and play in. They will be here with my two dogs, so they must be friendly. No unneutered males or females in heat.

A typical day
I love to take my dogs to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve, or Steele Indian School Park for longer walks. Any dogs that like to play tug of war will meet their match!

Availability
I currently work from home and make my own schedule, so I can accommodate most requests. I am open for multi hour walks/hikes as well if your pup has a ton of extra energy, just reach out and ask! I can drive to your house for drop-in visits and walks, or even pick up and drop off services.
