Josh was my first time using the Rover service and I must say I'm impressed. I didn't want to board Tazz, my 20lb Miniature Pinscher, at a kennel. Josh was very prompt with the communication. We arranged a meet and greet before the booking dates just to make sure Tazz would get along with their dog. They both were more interested in the toys than each other. I had to modify the booking date just a few day, which Josh was very easy going about. I was traveling out of the country so I had my girlfriend help with the drop off and pick up. I appreciated that Josh would update me with pictures which I received through the Rover App. I have a peace of mind knowing that I can use the Rover app to find a safe home for Tazz. I highly recommend Rover and Josh.

Josh takes care of every dog like his own. He specializes in play time, runs/walks, and lots of belly rubs! His timeliness is impeccable and he has experience with both my small dog, other neighbor's large dogs, and everything in between.
