Hi, I'm Josh! Thanks for checking me out! Below you'll find more details about me, and my love and experience with dogs. 10 years ago I opened my own dog sitting business to help out neighbours who were going into work and leaving their dogs at home. Fast forward to now and having moved house to Harlow, I want to do the same thing to help people out! I have always loved dogs, I am the type of person who stops on a walk to say hello and pet them! With a big push for return to work, I know people struggle to look after their pets and I hope to be able to help with that. I have extensive experience having looked after over 200 different dogs (yes I can name them all!!) And would love to look after more! I work from home permanently so I am always around. I have a big garden and live a road over from a big field perfect for walking through! I'm also aware of how expensive things are at the moment, so please do contact me if you are looking for a cheaper rate. I will always do what I can to help out, and I'm not doing this for the money which is why my rates are as low as they can be on rover!

Josh just has 'it'. The 'it' that dogs can sense immediately. He's honestly the best dog sitter we've ever had. He looked after my two dogs for a couple of nights and one of our dogs (both rescues) is particularly shy and a little nervous around strangers. We usually ask people to give Milo a bit of space, and don't reach out to pet him because he's just so shy that he'll just want to hide. Well, after two nights with Josh and his lovely partner, Milo had a new best friend. They say dogs pick up on energy, well Josh is clearly giving off great canine vibes. I always make sure to follow whatever guidelines you as an owner give me. At the end of the day your pet will feel most comfortable following the same routine it does at home. All I ask is you tell me any and all details around your dog such as behaviour issues. This will not effect your booking but rather it will allow me to tailor the care to suit them better. Please note although I have ticked pets allowed on furniture, I'd your presence is no to this I will follow that!

Please also let me know if they have any behavioural issues I should be aware of. This will not effect your booking, but means I can taloir their care around it.
A typical day
I usually start the day with a walk through the woods, it's great for dogs here as there are so many different smells for them to explore! If it's a warm day I'll leave the back door open so they can wonder in and out freely. Around lunch if they need it, I'll take them out again for a walk. Throughout the entire day I will make sure they have all the fun and attention they deserve!

I work from home full time, so I am free whenever! Having the company of the dog is a benefit to me as well as a benefit to your pet!
