Pet care experience
Since middle school I've helped out family members, friends, and neighbors take care of their animals through house sitting stays, walks, doggy playdates, and even emergency veterinary trips. I am a caretaker to two Great Danes (Kal and Loki) who mean the absolute world to me. My whole life I've lived with cats and dogs from varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments. My promise to the client is to treat your animals with the love and respect that I've shown my own.

Josh was great with my dog. My dog hesitates walking with strangers but Josh made him feel comfortable.
Josh was great with our sweet senior dog and the energetic 1 year old! They loved all the attention he showered them with.
Josh did a great job sitting in our home with our dog. He provided timely updates (with photos) and was respectful of the house, including being attentive to any possible messes from wet and muddy paws when coming in from the yard. We hope he can sit again with our dog when the need arises.
Used Josh at least 20 times now. He's a true dog lover. I know my pups are in good hands with him and that he wants to do a good job. Glad we are connected and hope we always have him!

Allergies, medications, and whatever personality traits that might be of note. For example, I take care of a Great Dane who is an absolute sweetheart, but gets territorial around older women. Knowing this helps me avoid any potential issues, and gives added peace of mind to all parties involved.
A typical day
A typical day involves multiple walks, back scratchings, plenty of games (tug of war is a personal favorite), and some downtime by the TV. If your dog requires constant attention, I'm happy to give it. If they're more reserved, I can match that energy too.

I work swing shifts (mornings and nights) which leaves the middle of my days wide open to help! I also regularly work 4 days on 3 days off, which leaves flexibility for house sitting.
