Pet care experience
I grew up with 2 dogs at home, which were mainly my responsibility since getting them. (Walking, feeding, bathing, hair cutting, nails etc.) Both were presents for me as a kid because of how badly I wanted dogs in my life. I’ve also had one consistent job watching 2 labs in high school. I have watched numerous friends pets and love doing it. Currently I am in an apartment that do not allow pets. I miss the joys of having them in my life and getting to care for them. I am currently working full time, 7:30am-5pm Monday - Friday. I am available anytime during the week before 7 and after 5. That being said, the weekends are entirely available morning to night! I currently could not bring any animals into my home as I live in a pet free apartment. However, I have experience going into other homes to care for pets, clean, and babysit. There has never been any issues and have numerous references I can attach.

With my family’s dogs, they were both rescued and did not have previous training. I could not let them wander without a leash, so I would take them for 4 walks a day. I am comfortable letting a dog out if they have the training, or a fenced in yard.

A typical day
I bring them for walks around the neighborhood. If allowed, hikes are always fun for the pups to explore and get some exercise. I’ve taken my family’s dogs to the river to play in the water and lay in the sunshine.

Availability
I work during the week Monday - Friday, 7:30-5. It’s a set schedule that does not change. I am happy to bring dogs out before my shift starts, and after I get out. On the weekends I have no commitments, therefore have full range to be around for as many walks or puppy love as requested.
