My name is Josephine, I'm 24 years old and I've always had a passion for taking care of animals. And not just dogs and cats, but also birds, lizards (reptiles), snakes, piggies and basically all animals. I love animals, I always have. Not only do I love them because I'm a animal lover, but also because they help me with my anxiety/depression. Animals are the only ones who comfort me. I've had dogs my whole life. And the 6 years of experience I have, I gained from sitting family members pets, neighbors pets, my mothers coworkers and friends pets. I was diagnosed with an Autoimmune disease called Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 15, and it has been a challenge to try getting a job anywhere in the real world, do to discrimination/disability, therefore I started pet sitting from home that allows me to set my own hours. And I've realised that this is the perfect job for me. Not only does it benefit me, but I love that I can help other people leaving their pets with a trust worthy sitter like me. I can do meet and greets at any time prior to scheduling any services, as it is important for the owners as it is for me. During that meeting we both have the opportunity to ask any additional questions. Owner can also tell me/explain any special requirements that their pet might need.
