Josephine was nothing short of wonderful! My husband is active duty military and we had orders to move to Germany. My dog Sadie’s paperwork was messed up and I was forced to leave the country without her for 3 weeks. Josephine was so quick to help she made me feel comfortable leaving Sadie although it’s something I never do. It was super last minute and I was so nervous. Josephine took such good care of Sadie. I received daily updates and messages. I couldn’t be more grateful for her. I was so stressed but she made it so easy. She responded quickly and reassured me. She even administered Sadie’s medicine for travel and took photos of her in her crate so that she could be prepared to head over to Germany. I would recommend Josephine to anyone looking to board their dog. If I am ever on the island again I will definitely be using her again !
