Pet care experience
I've always had a family dog I've helped take care of, but 7 years ago I got a dog of my own. I really learned the amount of effort it takes to care for a dog, and I learmed that quality time is the most important aspect of caring for a dog. I always made a priority to play with her or pet her or walk her to ensure we spent plenty of quality time together. In addition for caring for my own dog, I've dog sat for a few friends and acquaintances overnight. I love that each dog has it's own unique personality!

My pup loved her time with Josie! I appreciated how willing Josie was to come and do a meet-and-greet the day before our scheduled drop-in visit. Josie was mindful of the weather and met my pup’s need to go outside, while protecting her from the heat. I got a detailed report of their time together, with adorable pictures and video! We will definitely reach out again when we have the need. ?

Like many dogs, I'm an active individual. If your dog requires a lot of exercise, I'm more than happy to take them for as many walks as they need or play with them! If your dog is more mellow, I can just relax with them. Whatever needs your dog has, I am more than happy to care for them. In terms of safety, I always make sure to walk dogs at an appropriate leash length and make sure that doors in the house aren't open or dangerous objects are within their reach.

As of right now I have open availability! I'm currently a college student, so I still have about another month until school starts back up. I can sit anytime except August 4th -7th until school starts!
