I chose Joseph as my sitter the first time I used Rover and will always choose him. He is fantastic. As for the company as a whole, I love the peace of mind the company policies provide me. The check in cards are a great feature and the fact that I can select to receive Rover messages as texts is also a great option. The app is user-friendly and works smoothly.
