Joseph was phenomenal in taking care of our two cats while we were away on xmas and new year’s vacation for 2 weeks. We met beforehand to introduce him to the boys and our apartment space. Joseph was friendly, professional, and organized in sending us updates and fun photos with every card! We can tell the cats loved him and we returned to see them happy and well taken care of. He was also very receptive to our feedback and overall very helpful. We would highly recommend him and we will definitely look to rebook him in the future!
