Pet care experience
Our names are Joe and Olivia, recent graduates from Nova Southeastern University each with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Marine Biology. Olivia has years of experience working in veterinarian clinics, including ER's. Joe is an Eagle Scout who has been working and living around animals his entire life. Together we have over a decade of experience taking care of countless dogs and cats as well as reptiles, birds, small mammals, fish, invertebrates, and plants. Our experience ranges from young puppies and kittens to golden year care for older animals.

Joe and Olivia are so wonderful to my dog Serj! They are so loving towards him and care for him like he was their own! I always feel comfortable and confident when Serj is in their care when I’m away. I’m so grateful and thankful to have them in my home! They send pictures and communicate very well!
Joe and Olivia are exceptional pet sitters. When they sat my house and pets, they were very communicative, thoughtful, and they both took wonderful care of my pets. They are definitely animal people. :) And they were very respectful of my home; my home was cleaner when i got back than when I left. They included my dog Coco on their hikes, which did my heart good to know she was outdoors getting a lot of sunshine, fresh air and exercise. They were also conscientious of Coco's stamina and asked me about Coco's hiking abilities. They sent great pictures every day. I highly recommend them to take care of anyone's pets!
Joe and Olivia were excellent petsitters! I came back after a night away to happy kitties and a clean home. Communication was very easy. I thought Joe and Olivia were self-sufficient, comfortable with all of my pets (including the snake) and a delight to host. I was so pleased that I'm inviting them back to take care of my menagerie, this time for over a week. Would recommend to anyone looking for responsible sitters!

We both genuinely love animals of all shapes and sizes and believe the best pet care comes from a mix of experience and passion, both of which we have in droves. We enjoy building genuine connections with the pets we care for, as it provides them with the excitement and enjoyment they deserve even when their owners are not around. We also are trustworthy and great at following instructions. We feel it is important to maintain the rules an owner establishes for their pet. This provides the pet with a sense of continuity and prevents owners from coming back to find their pet has developed a new bad habit.

We thrive on detailed instructions, so any details you could provide us, even very minor details are appreciated. It is your pet and we want to make sure we are taking care of all their needs and providing you peace of mind.
A typical day
We are both very outdoorsy people and we love to explore. When taking care of dogs, we always seek out local parks, natural areas, cemeteries, and such that allow dogs. We are nature enthusiasts and go hiking whenever possible. Even in less than ideal weather we spend a good deal of time outdoors. Going off the beaten path is enriching for both the dogs we sit for and us! We're not as big on running but we certainly can do that if we are caring for a dog with lots of energy that loves to run! On cold or rainy days, or when sitting lesser-abled dogs, we are more than happy to spend quality time with our furry friends while we read or watch a movie wherever they feel most comfortable.

Joseph & Olivia can watch in your home
Availability
Olivia works remotely as a medical scribe all day on Tuesday and Thursday, part-time on Wednesday. Joe works as a remote ELA and Math tutor and has sporadic hours. Between the two of us, there are only a few hour gaps a week where we are unavailable.
