Hello, My Name is Joseph, I have multiple years of experience working with the Humane society of my college town of Birmingham, Alabama. I am a yellow vest at the humane society which indicates that I have been entrusted with all kinds of dogs: big, small, high energy, low energy, and cats as well. I am fully equipped with the knowledge to take care of your pet and follow specific instructions to ensure your pet is taken care of. I love animals, I am very accountable, and will put the needs of your dog first and will ensure you and your pet will receive a high quality experience and do the best job I can possibly do. Joseph was a joy to work with! He was very organized and professional. He also sent us regular updates about how our pets were doing. I would highly recommend him.
Very accommodating and made drop off and pick up seamless. My only critique would be to send a pic or 2 during the boarding time just so i can know my pet is ok and happy. Other than that amaxing! I will definitely rebook.
Joseph was great with our dog Kylie and provided daily updates and photos. I loved that she was part of family and inside from heat. Would recommend h him.
Joseph was quick to respond to my last minute request for help with my dog, Malone. Malone isn't used to being around new people so he usually barks and tries to scare them off, but Joseph didn't seem to have any problems! Loved the pictures and updates!
