3/8/24: ***MARCH DATES AVAILABLE*** A few highlights about me: ***I only accept one dog booking at a time, allowing for a calm environment for your dog while he or she is in my care. ***Work from home full-time & no dog of my own. ***Rover sitting since 2017. ***7 years on the platform with over 80 5 star reviews. ***Private home with secure rooftop. ***Home in North Beacon Hill, near I-90, quick access to Eastside, downtown Seattle, 15 min from airport. ***I do watch ONE DOG AT A TIME, so once I get a booking, I immediately block off the date to prevent any overlap. I am a dog lover & love having a companion at home with me. I also send many photos via the Rover app to ensure you that you're dog is happy & healthy, enjoying his/her low-stress stay in a safe, calm & clean environment. A bit about me, I have 15+ years of experience with dogs and 2024 is my 8th year as a Rover dog sitter. I had a cocker spaniel of my own, who passed away in 2017. Given I do have some work travel arise every so often, I decided to be a Rover dog dad for the time being and I truly LOVE getting to know the many dogs of the Seattle area I have watched. I also can provide airport dropoff or pickup as you need.

Joseph was very responsive since the moment I contacted him, he was attentive to my pet’s needs and went through her profile before finalizing her stay. During Gigi’s stay, Joseph kept me updated on how the things are going, and sent me pictures of her. Overall, I felt completely safe leaving Gigi with Joseph, and would definitely ask him for more boardings.
I could tell Mechas felt right at home with Joseph! Thanks for taking her on all the walkies!

While I love a dog that I can take on hikes & longer strolls, I can just as easily watch an older dog or a lazy pupper.

Information Joseph C. would like to know about your pet
Dietary restrictions, potty break frequency, favorite Paw Patrol episode, temperament around other dogs (although I still only watch one dog at a time, there are other dogs in the neighborhood). I do have a dog bed (suitable for small/medium dog), blankets, food/water bowls, but feel free to bring whatever you like to make your dog's stay more comfortable. I try to make your stay as turnkey as possible!
A typical day
We will walk up to Deajon Park, take a quick jaunt up to Beacon Ave or a quick car ride over to Jefferson Park! More active dog? My rooftop is large and secure to allow for running around to exert energy. I live an active lifestyle, even in the cold PNW winter months.

Availability
I work from home full time during the week so I can walk your dog out as frequently as needed or give routinized medications. I am a pretty early riser, so we will get a morning walk in, often before sunrise, as well as plenty of snuggle time in the evening.
