Pet care experience
I grew up with my family having multiple dogs. I have a lot experience handling different dogs. I will make sure I treat your love one like if they were one of mine. I currently working from home. I will assured that I will give my undivided attention to your pet but as well follow the walking and potty schedule as provided I live in apartment but have a park next to me, which make it easy for the peta to get the Exercise. Also the pets will have a extra room for theirs Selfs and also living room

Don’t recommend for large breed dogs, can’t speak towards small breeds - Rocky was left in a guest room by himself and just looked at through a camera. He was not provided time to warm up to the new environment before being placed in complete isolation. My dog apparently broke his door knob and ran away, I just find this evident that he was not well taken care of. He doesn’t provide updates unless you text him, and photos I did receive were concerning. This was not a worry-free experience for me.
Overall my dog had a very good time at Jose’s however he told me that he would send pictures to show how he was doing. Even though I didn’t initiate that request he never actually sent me anything or communicated how he did. My dog was only boarded for a short time so I wasn’t too concerned but the fact that he communicated he would was the issue for me. I also told him my dog has a sensitive stomach and he should only eat the food that I brought with him but he was given food that was not his and he ended up getting sick and having bad diarrhea the night I picked him up. Overall I think my dog enjoyed the stay I just hoped that communication would have been better and my instructions were followed more strictly.
Jose was very attentive and took care of my dog. It was very apparent that my dog enjoyed her stay, so much at one point I can tell my dog was looking for her playmate. I would highly recommend Jose to anyone who has a small dog. He understood the needs of my frenchie! Thank you!
