Pet care experience
I have lived around animals my whole life and not just pets like cats and dogs, I have also been around goats, pigs, cows, and many other farm animals. I didn’t just live around them, however. I have worked with them, cared for them, and been responsible for them. Both farm animals and pets alike. I grew up on a farm and that gave me the experience I have now. I also worked on a farm in my high school years where I was able to gain even more experience caring for pets and other animals. I have also helped friends and family care for their pets, whether they were dogs, rabbits, or cats, my whole life. While I may not have dogs or cats of my own, I do have a small dwarf hamster whom I care for everyday and love very much.

Jose is incredible when it comes to caring for pets. I haven’t had a pet of my own for a while now but when I did just a few years ago there was no one I trusted more with my dog than Jose. When I wasn’t able to care for my dog Jules I would routinely ask Jose for his help. He would make sure she was feed and had water, he played with her and even took her on short walks sometimes. I knew I could trust Jose with Jules whether it was for a short amount of time or a long one. I knew I could count on him every time and I was never disappointed. Jose has so much love for animals — any kind of animal. He treats them with respect and love and cares about their well being. I can’t think of anyone better for a job like this. I can vouch for the fact that Jose is an excellent pet caregiver. His love and respect for animals is enough to show the care he has for them.
Jose is a very kind, loving and respectful person, not only to people but to all sorts of pets. I have seen him work and care for all sorts of animals from hamsters and rabbits to dogs and goats. The amount of caution and care he takes for the animals around him is inspiring and incredible to see. Not only does he have an understanding to the animals he cares for, he always tries to go above and beyond with each interaction. With each animal he works with, he is eager to learn more on how to care for the animals and finding ways to entertain them. I know I can trust Jose around all my animals, as he is truly an animal whisperer.
I’ve known Jose my whole life and he has always cared for animals and their well being. He never had a dog of his own, but he has always cared for other people’s dogs and pets. Any animal he has come in contact with he has cared for super well. Not just house pets like dogs and hamsters, but even goats and other farm animals. I would say he loves animals as much as people.

Information Jose O. would like to know about your pet
It would be important for me to know any special needs the dog has. Anything that is important not just to the owners, but also to the dog themselves. I would like to know if there is anything the dog likes to do/prefers and what they can and can’t do. I want to be made aware of anything and everything that will allow me to keep the dog safe and also allow me to give them a fun time. My priority is the dog, I want to know as much about them as I can, including their personalities and what they like or don’t like and everything else.
A typical day
I know all dogs are different and each dog has their own activities they like to do. Asking the pet parent what their pets like to do would be one of my priorities so that those very activities can be carried out adequately. I also know most dogs like to play catch, belly rubs, and different games to keep them entertained such as one I call “follow the hand.” I also know a few parks around my area that would be perfect for dog walking.

Availability
I am a full-time student at a university who is currently unemployed as a result of summer vacation, since my part-time job revolves around school. This means that for the next few months I have all the time in the world to play, walk, and care for your pets! I will be available almost daily. Once school starts again, I will most likely only be available on weekends, Friday-Sunday.
