Jose was by far the best Rover I have ever used. As long as he is available, I will not be using anyone else.

Unprofessional to say the least. Barely 24 hours with my dog. Dogs take time to get used to each other. I travel for work. I drove a total of 8 hours to make sure my dog was safe. My dog Jax did fine with his dogs while I was there. There were no problems. Jose and his partner seemed friendly and everything seemed fine. It wasn’t until I had drove 4 hours back home that they began the high school drama. Saying my dog was being a problem … when I asked what the problem was they said “he’s not doing anything” … I guess his dog was the problem, honestly I have no idea what the issue was regarding the DOGS. I sent my dog with his training collar which they refused to use AFTER I was already back home! That’s what it’s for. For training, thats what I required for him if he were to get out of hand. And again they refused to use it. While I was boarding a plane to travel over 1000 miles to my work site they began accusing me of saying “nasty things” to them while I was there doing the meet and greet… which did NOT happen. They waited until I was boarding the plane to mention anything. So causing me intense anxiety that my dog wasn’t going to be okay and safe. Luckily ROVER found a great replacement while I’m away. This guy brought his crazy political views and whatnot into all of this which should be left out in a business like this and I have a feeling that that’s specifically why they decided to cause drama. Just goes to show.. even this app can have some untrustworthy people. All I have to say is thank you for causing me intense anxiety and panic attacks due to the chaos you guys caused while I was traveling over 1000 miles away.
