This was our first time leaving our dog with a non family member. We were nervous, but saw that the sitter had all 5 star reviews. We understand that pet sitting on a Saturday night can be inconvenient for a social life, that is why we paid $60 for 3 1/2 hours of pet sitting. Joscelyn informed us about two hours in that she was going over to her boyfriend’s house and that we could pick up our dog there. We were never asked if that was okay. When we picked her up we noticed that the boyfriend was hosting some type of house party. Our dog is very skittish and leery of new people/ crowds/ locations, so we would have never approved of this had we known. The sitter also forgot to bring our dog’s bed with her to her boyfriend’s house. This led to a whole mess of trying to get the bed back the next day. She did ultimately offer to have it shipped to us, to her credit. You pay a sitter for one on one attention with your dog in a calm environment, not to have her held by tons of strangers. We will be sticking with family members watching her in the future.

Jocelyn was great! Pick-up and Drop -off we're really easy and she sent lots of pictures. My dog is pretty energetic and she came back exhausted. I think she got lots of time outside! It was perfect
