She kept me updated with pictures the whole time. Even sent a video one day. Her dog was very welcoming as well so the werent any problems there. I will say she also communicated with questions about when and how rover worked. As well as when to pick up and drop off.

Joscelyn was amazing to say the least! Not only was she so easy to plan with, which is always so relieving, she absolutely took my baby right in with open arms! I know as a dog parent I hate leaving my baby anywhere, but for as much as I travel she can’t always go so I’m so happy to have found my little one a place she’s comfortable, safe and loved when I’m out of town! Joscelyn kept me updated with adorable pictures of my baby with continuity’s updates on her eating, mood, and how she was sleeping! I absolutely recommend her for your fur baby to have an amazing stay and to help relieve the stress of your baby when you’re gone!
