Pet care experience
I’m responsible, caring, and communicative, attending to your furry family with just as much care as you would. As a dancer, writer, and photographer, and project manager (many hats, here!) — caring for pets is a love of mine as much as it’s a job. I’ve been caring for pets as long as I can remember, having grown up with both cats and dogs, and after beginning to babysit, I ended up caring for families/friends/neighbors pets as well! Professionally, I have one year of experience dog walking & sitting with LAG, LLC (also Pawsh Pet Care) based in Center City & Rittenhouse, before it closed in 2020, as well as on Rover for about three years.

Jorgie was wonderful! My normally shy kitty warmed right up to her, which was a delightful surprise! She sent pictures and texts during her visit to let me know how everything was going. This was my first time having a stranger come in to feed my cat, and it was a success! I highly recommend Jorgie and will definitely use her again.
She was wonderful with our elderly pup. She has a very gentle, kind demeanor.
Jorgie did such a wonderful job caring for my two little dogs while I was away…they love her! She walked them, fed them, cuddled with them, and administered medication. She was responsible, trustworthy, and communicative...all things I value in a dog sitter. I highly recommend Jorgie and would gladly have her sit for me again in the future.
Jorgie did a fantastic job house sitting for my elderly kitty, Jackson, while I was away for a weekend trip. She also watered all our plants, and everything was absolutely perfect upon our return (along with a very happy kitty!).

A typical day
I love to stay active, especially if that’s what your dog loves as well! Our day would consist of walks, some games, lots of pets and attention, incorporated into their usual routine. I love to walk and explore, especially when it’s with a friend (dogs included). If they’re an older pup and need to take it slow, happy to do that as well.
