Jorge carefully walked us through the Rover process and safety protocols, and I was impressed by his description of how he would care for our kitties. He was careful and helpful with our two Siamese, who have very different personalities. One is eager to meet new people, the other is terrified of strangers. The timid one was treated with gentle coaxing, and she did sometimes come out. We were trying to avoid both of the cats being psychologically bruised by our several day departure, which sometimes happens with Siamese because they bond deeply with their humans, so we asked for more time to be spent with them. They were just fine! Not surprisingly, they were happy to see us, but definitely appeared to have done fine with Jorge's care. Jorge sent lots of images of clean kitty litter boxes and food. I didn't worry while we were gone, and that was really helpful to enjoy our long weekend! Thanks, Jorge!
