Pet care experience
As a current pet store employee, I’m constantly refreshing my knowledge on all animals so that I can better help any pet parents that come in. This includes staying up to date on care and training practices, as well as knowing what products are useful and needed and when they may be needed. I also work closely with the grooming and training team, so I have a bit of knowledge in those areas as well!

Jordyn was amazing with my elderly, diabetic cat when I traveled over the past year. She has petsit for us many times and was always sure to space the insulin shots and feedings properly. Our kitty was clearly well cared for while we were away. She has also taken care of our younger kitty and slightly difficult, albeit adorable, dog. I would strongly recommend Jordyn to anyone who needs a petsitter. She provides excellent care, communicates well, and is a really great person!!
Jordyn would be amazing at this job. I sometimes refer to her as the "dog whisperer" I have never seen someone who is more caring to ALL animals, not just dogs. Dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, hamsters, any animals. If your pet is left in her care, she will treat that animal just as if it were a member of her own family.

I am very vigilant while I am watching any type of pet, meaning I’m always making sure they are not getting into anything they shouldn’t, that they are properly restrained when outside of the home, and that they are living in a clean home while I am there. Cats litter boxes scooped daily, dogs walked daily and well engaged in activity, and any other pets properly cared for as well.

As a college graduate with a biology degree who’s main focus was on animals of all kind, I take animal care very seriously. I constantly am reading up on care and learning to understand animal body language as best as humanly possible. My animals mean the world to me, and I know others feel the same way about theirs. If theres any way I can assure people their pets and comfortable and safe while they’re away, that’s what I try to do.
