Our cats were fed and safe, so 3 stars. However punctuality, communication, and attention to detail were lacking. Jordyn was booked for 8am and 6pm visits and showed up at 3:30am and 9:30pm. We understand life and work get in the way sometimes. That being said if your work is unpredictable please don’t accept this kind of job, or please at least communicate to us before entering our home in the middle of the night. In addition we gave verbal and written instructions to clean both litter boxes once daily, and when we returned home one had clearly not been scooped since we left. She is a nice person, but I’m not sure this was the right job for her.

Jordyn was great! She kept in contact and sent pictures while we were away. We have both a younger dog who is active and an older dog with specific needs. Both dogs were cared for appropriately. She made being away from them easier, knowing they were in good hands.
